Most consulting services are provided through Office Hours conducted online (Zoom or TEAMS).  Online sessions are scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes and clients are billed per session. Such sessions are focused on addressing specific needs identified by the client including strategies for needs assessments, clarifying outcomes, identifying or developing surveys, building logic models, and generating reports for different audiences. In addition, Snyder Solutions, LLC conducts a limited number of contracted program evaluations in a variety of areas. There are no fees for initial consultations.

Prospective clients include anyone who is looking for guidance in planning, conducting, or improving evaluation of a program.  Program evaluation clients have typically included foundations, college professors and administrators, grant writers, and state and local education, health, or social service administrators.

Dr. Snyder has conducted or managed approximately 100 program evaluations in health care, mental health, social services, psychology, plasma physics, and education from infancy through postdoctoral training. He has evaluated federal, state, university, and local programs. Dr. Snyder directed the UAB Center for Educational Accountability for nearly 20 years. He has published and presented on standards and practices of program evaluation. Snyder Solutions, LLC is currently evaluating federal grants funded by NIH and NSF. Dr. Snyder is an Emeritus Professor of Evaluation and Research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
