Mission
The mission of Snyder Solutions, LLC is to help clients meet their needs in the areas of research design, program evaluation, measurement/grading, and statistical understanding and analysis . The mission is achieved either through Office Hours focused on providing feedback and guidance or through contracted services.
Snyder Solutions, LLC serves program administrators, faculty, graduate students, and grant writers primarily through hourly consultations (Office Hours) focused on the client's needs. Office Hours can address a range of challenges such as: planning a program evaluation or needs assessment, identifying important research questions in fields of education, social science, and health; developing or evaluating measures or surveys, determining appropriate statistical analyses for a study, understanding statistical concepts, interpreting statistical results appropriately, and writing methods and results sections of manuscripts and reports. Dr. Scott Snyder is a retired professor with decades of experience in these areas.

Office Hours are conducted online (Zoom or TEAMS) or face-to-face (only for consultations in central Alabama). Online sessions are scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes and clients are billed per session. In addition, Snyder Solutions, LLC conducts contracted training programs and program evaluations in a variety of areas.

Snyder Solutions, LLC seeks to help individuals or groups needing consultation regarding program evaluation, research studies, measurement and assessment, grading, and statistics. College faculty and administrators, grant writers, graduate students, non-profit administrators, and legislators may benefit.
How does it work?
How does it work?
Individuals or groups who think they may benefit from working with Snyder Solutions, LLC either through Office Hours or contracting should reach out using the survey link below. Potential clients will be asked to complete a brief survey that describes their situation and request. A brief free consultation will be scheduled to clarify the need and the consultation. Fees for Office Hour consultations are $150/hour billing for 60 or 90 minute sessions. Clients schedule as needed. There are no contracts for Office Hours. Clients interested in contracting for more extensive services such as conducting program evaluations or conducting training sessions for groups will complete a contract.
About the Consultant
About the Consultant
Dr. Snyder has extensive experience in planning, conducting, and reporting program evaluation and applied research in education, social sciences, and health. He has mentored the research of over 70 graduate students in various disciplines and has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in research, statistics, program evaluation, measurement, and education. He serves as a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for the Alabama Department of Education and directed the Center for Educational Accountability at the University of Alabama at Birmingham for almost 20 years.
